Schouwen-Duiveland is a municipality in the province of Zeeland in the Netherlands. A province with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands, many beaches, picturesque villages and towns (for example Renesse, Burgh-Haamstede, Zierikzee), holiday and children's activities and ample cycling accessibility.


The holiday home Strand 76. is within walking distance of the Grevelingenmeer and a pleasant (marina) harbour. It is within cycling distance of the North Sea beaches. But there is also more than enough parking space for cars at the beach.


The large surrounded garden of 500m² offers a lot of privacy and is completely enclosed for the little ones. There are 2 spacious terraces with garden chairs, with evening sun and a BBQ, and there is a hand cart for the children. There is also a private driveway.

Location and environment

The detached holiday home Strand 76. is located in Scharendijke in the "Zeeland Village" park, at the foot of the Brouwersdam and close to Renesse (4 km). The city center of Scharendijke has a wide range of catering establishments and a large modern supermarket with drugstore ( 500m). Below is a video of the largest city on the island, Zierikzee. As a picturesque fishing town, it is one of the top 10 Dutch monument cities.
